Relocation Real Estate Services (RRES) is an exclusive buyer’s agency or “buyer’s advocate”. A Buyer’s Agency does not list properties. They work solely for the buyer. Unlike traditional real estate agents, who are contractually obligated to protect the seller, RRES is obligated to protect the buyer’s interest.

A Buyer’s Agency must negotiate on the behalf of the buyer for the best possible prices and most favorable contract terms.

How does RRES get paid?
Our personalized consultation services are free to you, the home buyer. Our fees are paid by the selling agent. The seller has committed to pay a commission to their agent and we are awarded a part of that commission (the referral fee) as our compensation.
