She served as a board member of the St. Louis Employee Relocation Council, plans and participated in the Midwest Employee Relocation Conferences and formed a corporate travel round table discussion venue for the St Louis Business Travel Association. Ardy also believes in the importance of being involved in the local community. She has been an active member of the St. Louis Public School Mentoring Program, the American Cancer Society and The Wellness Community.
