Before joining the company, she was a corporate relocation specialist at Ralston Purina and Ralcorp Holdings. Assisting corporate employees has always been Ardy's passion and she is very active in the business community. She served as a board member of the St. Louis Employee Relocation Council, plans and participated in the Midwest Employee Relocation Conferences and formed a corporate travel round table discussion venue for the St Louis Business Travel Association. Ardy also believes in the importance of being involved in the local community. She has been an active member of the St. Louis Public School Mentoring Program, the American Cancer Society and The Wellness Community. Cherie Messina brings a unique combination of experience in both the real estate and mortgage lending. As a native St. Louisan and the daughter of a real estate and mortgage professional, Cherie grew up in the industry. She has over 12 years experience in training real estate and mortgage professionals at Fortune 500 companies, such as Citimortgage and GE Capital Mortgage Services. In 2005, Cherie expanded her career to become a Broker-Salesperson educating clients on the home-buying process. She works hard to give her clients all the tools to find the home of their dreams and to feel comfortable during the process.

As a working mother of three and a homeowner, Cherie recognizes the importance of finding the perfect home in a great neighborhood.
