If you are selling your home, RRES will guide you through
the entire listing process. We will save you time by finding you
the top listing agent in your area. We will access our extensive
network of agents, pre-screen them, and arrange meetings with
several qualified candidates for your review.
The RRES “Easy-Step” Process To Finding a Home
- First, we provide the buyer with a proprietary needs assessment questionnaire that
will help us develop their personal profile and give us a clear understanding of
what type of neighborhood and style of home our buyer is looking for.
- Upon receipt of the personal profile, we will assign you a personal Ambassador
who will begin researching homes and neighborhoods that meet your specific
needs. We will narrow the focus to a manageable number of homes and personally
preview them for you. You can be confident that RRES will comply with your
company’s relocation policies.
- Your personal RRES Ambassador will pick you up and give you a highly organized
property tour. If you are a corporate transferee, we will pick you up after your
initial interview meeting and give you a quick orientation tour of St. Louis.
- Together, we will thoroughly evaluate your housing options, make a well-informed
decision, and submit a contract.
- If needed, we will assist you in acquiring a custom-tailored mortgage.
- Finally we will handle all of the details involved in the closing.
